Abstract: 본 발명은 미소화 페노피브레이트, 계면 활성제 및 가용화 보조제로서 결합 셀룰로오스 유도체를 함유하고, 페노피브레이트를 60 중량% 이상 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페노피브레이트의 생체 이용성에 대한 식품 효과를 감소시키는 한편, 고중성지방혈증, 고콜레스테롤혈증 또는 고지혈증의 치료하기 위한 치료제의 제조를 위한 페노피브레이트 조성물의 용도에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 또한 (a) 중성 코어와 (b) 중성 코어를 둘러싼 활성층과 (c) 외부층을 포함하는 과립형인 즉방형 페노피브레이트 조성물로서, 상기 성분 중에서, 활성층은 미소화 페노피브레이트, 계면 활성제 및 결합 셀룰로오스 유도체를 포함하며, 상기 조성물의 유럽 약전에 따른 용해 특성은 0.025 M 라우릴 황산나트륨라우릴 황산나트륨 용해 매질 중에서 5 분 경과시 10% 미만 및 20 분 경과시 80%인 것에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: The invention is related to the use of a composition of fenofibrate containing micronized fenofibrate, a surfactant and a binding cellulose derivative as a solubilization adjuvant, said composition containing an amount of fenofibrate greater than or equal to 60% by weight, for the preparation of a medicament for treating hypertriglyceridemias, hypercholesterolemias or hyperlipidemias while reducing the food effect on the bioailability of fenofibrate. The invention is also related to an immediate release composition in the form of granules comprising : (a) a neutral core; (b) an active layer, wich surrounds the core; and (c)an outer layer; wherein said active layer comprises micronized fenofibrate, a surfactant and a binding cellulose derivative; and wherein said composition has a dissolution profile of less than 10% at 5 minutes and more than 80% at 20 minutes according to the European Pharmacopoeia in a dissolution medium constituted by water with 0.025 M sodium lauryl sulfate.
