Abstract: PURPOSE: A paper mulberry debarker using steam and boiling is provided to debark paper mulberry, which is cut to a predetermined length, through rubbing and rotating as well as steaming the paper mulberry by rotating the paper mulberry using a rotary drum and supplying steam or hot water to the paper mulberry. CONSTITUTION: A paper mulberry debarker using steam and boiling comprises a housing (100) with a cover (110) allowed to be opened and closed; a rotary drum having a space(210) for accommodating a predetermined amount of paper mulberry and a hitting protrusion (230) which is detachably installed therein; a hot water/steam supply device (300) which is installed on the exterior of the housing to supply water or steam to the inside of the rotary drum through a rotary shaft (240) of the rotary drum; an actuator which is installed in the housing to rotate the rotary drum; and a control box (400) including a control unit for controlling the hot water/steam supply deice and the actuator.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A composite yarn prepared using paper yarn and a method for fabricating the same are provided to reduce fineness and to improve strength. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a composite yarn using paper yarn comprises: a step of twisting paper tape to prepare paper yarn; and a step of doubling the paper yarn and heterogeneous yarn by twisting in the opposite direction with the paper yarn. The paper yarn is prepared by twisting without supplying moisture to the paper tape. The composite yarn is prepared by twisting moisturized paper tape with the heterogeneoud yarn.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for stripping ramie by a chemical method is provided to fabricate a large mount of ramie spun yarn and to save the cost of ramie grey yarn. CONSTITUTION: A ramie is stripped by sodium chlorite or sodium hypochlorite. A method for stripping ramie comprises: a step of treating ramie with 23 weight% of sodium chlorite at 95 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes; and a step of washing at 60 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes and 20 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes three times. Formic acid is added at pH 3-4 in order for enough generation of chlorine dioxide and oxygen which are needed for stripping ramie.

Abstract: A twisting apparatus for manufacturing a paper-yarn is provided to prevent cut yarns from being generated during a twisting process, and improve the paper-yarn having excellent strength, elongation, and uniformity. A stopping and supporting unit(30) stops and supports a paper tape package(10). A yarn-inducing pipe(50) is mounted on the stopping and supporting unit. A plier(70) guides a yarn, which is wound from the paper tape package, to the yarn-inducing pipe. A rotating table(90) rotates a paper tape, which is guided to the yarn-inducing pipe by the plier and passed through the yarn-inducing pipe, so as to balloon the paper tape. An inside diameter of the yarn-inducing pipe is 0.6-1.3 times of a width of the paper tape. Further, a plier position fixing part of which an upper surface has a disk inserted groove is formed at an upper part of the yarn-inducing pipe.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A paper mulberry using steam and boiling is provided to automatically conduct peeling process of a paper mulberry skin by boiling effect by a hot water/steam supplying apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A paper mulberry using steam and boiling comprises a housing(100), a rotary drum(200), and a hot water/steam supplying apparatus. The housing has a closable cover. The rotary drum has a space part(210) and is installed in the housing. The hot water/steam supplying apparatus is installed in the outside the housing and supplies hot water or steam into the rotary drum through a rotary shaft of the rotary drum. The rotary drum comprises peel discharge holes(220) with a predetermined gap. Inside the rotary drum, a hitting protrusion(230) is formed. Abstract: PURPOSE: A paper mulberry peeling method using an iron ball is provided to improve the utilization of the paper mulberry by syntagmatically executing the peeling process and pulp process of the paper mulberry. CONSTITUTION: A caustic soda and iron ball are accepted in a container. The caustic soda of 5~20% OWF(On the Weight of Fiber) is injected into the container. A paper mulberry is inserted into the container. The paper mulberry is cut in 5~20 centimeters. The diameter of the iron ball is 5~20mm. The paper mulberry and the iron ball are rubbed. The bark of the paper mulberry is peeled. The white bark is obtained.

Abstract: A multiple yarn and manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve productivity by reducing the amount of manufacturing processes by processing the multiple yarn by bonding paper tape and yarns of different kinds. A manufacturing method of a multiple yarn comprises a step for penetrating paper tape(PT1) to an axial direction of a bobbin(B) from the bobbin and a step for rotating the yarns with the other yarn(F) supplied separately.
