Abstract:
본 발명은 측정 대상물의 3차원 이미지를 고해상도로 실시간 관찰이 가능하고, 저렴한 비용을 들여 간단하고 콤팩트한 구조로 제작할 수 있는 휴대용 홀로그래픽 현미경에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 광을 발생하는 광원; 상기 광원의 후방측 광경로상에 구비되며 상기 광원에서 발생된 광을 필터링하는 핀홀; 상기 핀홀을 통과한 평행광을 2개의 광경로로 분리하는 광분리기; 상기 광분리기를 통해 반사된 광을 반사시켜 주는 반사판; 상기 반사판을 거쳐 반사된 광의 위상을 조절하는 위상변조기; 상기 반사판을 통해 반사된 광과 측정 대상체의 정보를 내재한 광을 검출하여 영상신호로 변환하는 이미지 센서; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
Abstract:
An optical head using the principle of photoluminescence is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the optical head is an optical head (100) including photoluminescence substances for generating a point source inside an optical system. The optical head comprises a condensing lens (110) and a point source part (120) formed in a layer on the focal surface (111) of the condensing lens and including the photoluminescence substances (121). The optical head according to the present invention can make a light spot with a smaller size than a diffraction limit since the photoluminescence substances are formed in a layer layer on the focal surface of the condensing lens, thereby overcoming the diffraction limit of the optical system.

본 발명은 외부 공진기를 이용한 레이저 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 반사거울과 글래스 플레이트(glass plate)의 회전 구동을 통해 빔이 원래의 경로로 유지될 수 있도록 하여 파장 변조시 유발되는 빔의 스티어링(Steering) 및 시프트(Shift) 현상을 방지할 수 있고, 다수의 지점에서 통과된 빔을 검출하여 피드백을 통한 정확한 제어가 가능한 외부 공진기 레이저 시스템을 개시한다.

PURPOSE: An automatic light route alignment device, a method, and a holographic optical memory system including thereof are provided to prevent a light misalignment generated in a replacement of a light source. CONSTITUTION: An automatic light route alignment device comprises a light source (101), a first aperture (120), a first optical detecting unit (124), a second aperture (140), a second optical detecting unit (144), a control unit, and a light path control unit (110). The light source generates a light. The first aperture is arranged on a movement route of the light, and a hole in which the light is passed in a central part. The first optical detecting unit detects a light quantity in which the light comes out through the first aperture. The second aperture is arranged on a light route in a back side of the first aperture, and a hole in which the light is passed in a central part. The second optical detecting unit detects a light quantity in which the light comes out through the second aperture. The control unit determines a state of a shift and a tilt of a current light route about an existing light route, and transmits a control signal according to the state of the shift and the tilt. The light path control unit controls a route of the light by being driven by the control signal transmitted from the control unit.

PURPOSE: An Mg alloy of high strength and high ductility and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize the content of yttrium while maximizing zinc of low price, thereby lowering the manufacturing cost and improving mechanical property at the room temperature. CONSTITUTION: An Mg alloy of high strength and high ductility comprises Zn 3~22 mass%, Y 0.6~4 mass%, and the rest Mg mainly, where the mass ratio between Zn and Y is 7:1~12:1. The Mg alloy is a matrix phase of magnesium solid solution and an ideal area of quasi crystal. The Mg alloy includes as additive at least one of Al, Nd, Zr, Mn, and Gd less than 0.5 weight%. The manufacturing method of the Mg alloy comprises a step of rapidly cooling molten metal including Mg, Zn, and Y, a step of solution-processing the molten metal and rapidly cooling it, a step of extrusion hot-rolling the cooled molten metal, and a step of annealing and rapidly cooling the rolled material.
