Abstract: 가변형 전조등 제어 방법 및 시스템이 개시된다. 자동배광 가변형 전조등 시스템은 차량 외부 환경을 촬상하여 도로 영상을 생성한 후 해당 도로 영상에서 특징들을 검출하고, 이를 이용하여 도로 상태 또는/및 도로 유형을 각각 상이하게 설정하여 가변적으로 전조등을 제어할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for controlling a variable type headlight and a controlling system thereof are provided to control a variable type headlight by analyzing an image about vehicles external surroundings and classifying a road type. CONSTITUTION: A camera(110) is arranged in a vehicle and takes a picture of the external surroundings of the vehicle. An analysis part(120) calculates a polarized light coefficient about a road image. The analysis part sets road condition using the polarized light coefficient. The analysis part extracts a left turn road indication and sets a road type. A headlight controlling part(125) controls the headlight of a vehicle by differently setting the steering angle of the headlight.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种用于控制可变型大灯的方法及其控制系统，以通过分析关于车辆外部环境的图像和对道路类型进行分类来控制可变型大灯。 构成：照相机（110）布置在车辆中并拍摄车辆的外部环境。 分析部件（120）计算关于道路图像的偏振光系数。 分析部分使用偏振光系数设置路况。 分析部分提取左转道路指示并设置道路类型。 前照灯控制部（125）通过不同地设定前灯的转向角来控制车辆的前灯。
