    Abstract: PURPOSE: A top device for a soundproof wall with a changeable inner structure is provided to actively change an inner lattice structure according to the frequency properties of a noise source without the outer shape change thereof. CONSTITUTION: A top device for a soundproof wall with a changeable inner structure comprises a housing(100), multiple fixed blocks, and a noise damping unit(200). The housing is installed on the top of a soundproof wall(B) and has an open top and an inner housing space. The fixed blocks are arranged inside the housing space to be separated from each other and coupled to the inner walls of the housing. The noise damping unit is composed of multiple coupling plates and selectively coupled to the fixed block to reduce noise generated from a noise source.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An air passing noise reducing device for equipping on the top of a soundproofing wall is provided to save costs by not necessarily changing an existing soundproofing wall size and to improve structural stability by reducing a moment which is applied to the wall by wind pressure. CONSTITUTION: An air passing noise reducing device(100) comprises a housing(110), a ventilation hole(112), a sound absorption baffle(120), a diffraction noise guide(130), and a foreign substance prevention unit(140). The housing comprises at least one ventilation hole; is installed in the top of a soundproof wall(200); and forms the outer shape of the noise reducing device. The ventilation hole is internally equipped with a plurality of sound absorption baffles in order to reduce noise through the ventilation hole. The diffraction noise guide is equipped in the top of the noise reducing device in an uneven shape and prevents noise from passing the top noise reducing device. The foreign substance prevention unit is combined in the top of diffraction noise guide; is equipped with a plurality of ventilation holes; and prevents foreign substances from being loaded.
