    Abstract: PURPOSE: An air passing noise reducing device for equipping on the top of a soundproofing wall is provided to save costs by not necessarily changing an existing soundproofing wall size and to improve structural stability by reducing a moment which is applied to the wall by wind pressure. CONSTITUTION: An air passing noise reducing device(100) comprises a housing(110), a ventilation hole(112), a sound absorption baffle(120), a diffraction noise guide(130), and a foreign substance prevention unit(140). The housing comprises at least one ventilation hole; is installed in the top of a soundproof wall(200); and forms the outer shape of the noise reducing device. The ventilation hole is internally equipped with a plurality of sound absorption baffles in order to reduce noise through the ventilation hole. The diffraction noise guide is equipped in the top of the noise reducing device in an uneven shape and prevents noise from passing the top noise reducing device. The foreign substance prevention unit is combined in the top of diffraction noise guide; is equipped with a plurality of ventilation holes; and prevents foreign substances from being loaded.
