Abstract: PURPOSE: A one component type polyurethane paint composition is provided to coat a thick film of 30~60 microns with one operation, and to improve water resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance. CONSTITUTION: A one component type polyurethane paint composition contains 100 parts of polyurethane paint composition by weight, 50~72.5 parts of mixed resin by weight including a polyester polyol resin, a block polyisocyanate resin and a blocked isocyanate resin, 0.1~17 parts of inorganic color pigment by weight, 25.2~30.5 parts of mixed solvent by weight, 1.2~1.9 parts of antifoaming agent by weight, 0.2~0.5 parts of curing accelerator by weight, and 0.1~0.8 parts of polymer type wet dispersant by weight.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供单组分型聚氨酯涂料组合物，以一次操作涂覆30〜60微米厚膜，提高耐水性，耐腐蚀性和耐冲击性。 构成：单组分型聚氨酯涂料组合物含有100份重量的聚氨酯涂料组合物，50〜72.5份重量混合树脂，包括聚酯多元醇树脂，嵌段聚异氰酸酯树脂和封端异氰酸酯树脂，0.1〜17份无机 彩色颜料，25.2〜30.5重量份混合溶剂，1.2〜1.9重量份消泡剂，0.2〜0.5重量份固化促进剂，0.1〜0.8份聚合物型湿分散剂。
