Abstract:
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of organic silane and phosphate ester copolymer resin is provided to manufacture a thermosetting flame retardant pigment with high clearness and effectively improved toxicity of combustion gas in halogen based flame retardant paint. CONSTITUTION: A solution-polymerizable acrylic polyol resin composition comprises 40-70 weight% of copolymer of phosphor-silane monomers, and 30-60 weight% of organic solvent. The copolymer of the acrylic monomer is 30.0-60.0 weight% of an organosilane monomer, and 40.0-70.0 weight% of a phosphate ester monomer. The phosphate-silane acrylic resin composition has non-volatile fraction of 40-70%, a Gardner bubble viscosity of U - Z6, the acid value of 0-20 mg/KOH, and the color value of 3 or less. The phosphate ester is 1 phosphate (meth)acrylate compound comprising ethylenically unsaturated double bond in chemical formula 1.
