    Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of tomatoes is provided to contain abundant alkaloid including thaumatin and trigonelline using a specific mineral or a light condition. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of tomatoes comprises the following steps: cultivating tomatoes under presence of a nutrient solution or fertilizers containing Mg, Zn, and Cu, or Mg and Se. The mineral is Mg, Zn, and Cu. The Mg, Zn, and Cu are MgSO4, ZnSO4, and CuSO4, respectively. The content of MgSO4, ZnSO4, and CuSo4 is 1-6mM, 0.05-0.3mg/L, and 30-100 Mg/L respectively. The mineral is Mg and Se. Those tomatoes are cultivated using blue LED light, or red LED light, or mixed light of the blue and red LED light.
