Abstract: A high speed high voltage linearly amplifying circuit is provided to rapidly operate in the action zone of the more wide range. The linearly amplifying circuit(100) comprises the commonness emitter stage(110), the push-pull stage(120), and the feed-back control stage(130), the bias stage providing the bias current by the current mirror. The commonness emitter stage plays a role of amplifying the input signal by the common emitter mode. In the commonness emitter stage, the output impedance includes the active load and biasing resistance. The push-pull stage outputs the signal having a high slew rate by the push-pull mode. The feed-back control stage controls the signal outputted in the push-pull stage.
