    Abstract: PURPOSE: A system for managing a material information data base used in a computer simulation analysis of a liquid crystal display and a method for the same are provided to effectively analyze the computer simulation by unifying the file structure and the material information management method. CONSTITUTION: A system for managing a material information data base used in a computer simulation analysis of a liquid crystal display includes a material information management module(100) and a user environment(200). The material information management module(100) includes a material information file stack module(111), a material information file storage module(112), a material generation module(113), a material cancellation module(121), a material adding module(122), a material information update module(123). The user environment(200) includes a material title output module(210), a material information output module and a material information path name management module(230).
