    Abstract: PURPOSE: A 1-phenyl-4-(1,2,3-triazole-1-ylalkyl)piperazine derivative and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof are provided to have excellent affinity to dopamine D4 receptor. CONSTITUTION: A 1-phenyl-4-(1,2,3-triazole-1-ylalkyl)piperazine compound of chemical formula 1 with stereoselectivity or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is provided. The pharmaceutically acceptable salt is generated by a reaction with inorganic acids, organic acids, amino acids, sulfonic acids, alkali metals, or ammonium ions. A method for preparing the compound of chemical formula 1 comprises reductive amination of an aldehyde compound of chemical formula 2 and a phenylpiperazine compound of chemical formula 3.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing a novel 3-(methoxymethyl)pyrazole derivative is provided to ensure dopamine D3 and D4 receptor affinity and to suppress psychotic behavior(cage climbing) in a mouse. CONSTITUTION: A novel 3-(methoxymethyl)pyrazole derivative is denoted by chemical formula 1. The compound of chemical formula 1 is prepared by reductive amination of pyrazole aldehyde derivative of chemical formula 2 with piperazine derivative of chemical formula 3 under the presence of reductant and base. A pharmaceutical composition for treating central nervous system diseases contains the compound of chemical formula 1.
