Abstract:
PURPOSE: A 1-phenyl-4-(1,2,3-triazole-1-ylalkyl)piperazine derivative and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof are provided to have excellent affinity to dopamine D4 receptor. CONSTITUTION: A 1-phenyl-4-(1,2,3-triazole-1-ylalkyl)piperazine compound of chemical formula 1 with stereoselectivity or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is provided. The pharmaceutically acceptable salt is generated by a reaction with inorganic acids, organic acids, amino acids, sulfonic acids, alkali metals, or ammonium ions. A method for preparing the compound of chemical formula 1 comprises reductive amination of an aldehyde compound of chemical formula 2 and a phenylpiperazine compound of chemical formula 3.

본 발명은 피페라지닐알킬트리아졸 이성질체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 피페라지닐알킬아지드 유도체와 아세틸렌 유도체를 1,3-쌍극자고리화 첨가반응하여 피페라지닐알킬트리아졸 이성질체를 제조하는 방법에 있어, 특정의 금속 촉매를 선택 사용하여 원하는 위치이성질체(regioisomer)를 선택적으로 합성하는 피페라지닐알킬트리아졸 이성질체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
