Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for converting rough shaped silica powder into spherical shaped silica powder is provided to convert silica powder the surface of which is formed in a rough and random shape into silica powder the surface of which is formed in a spherical shape by heating the rough shaped surface of crushed silica powder. CONSTITUTION: The method for converting rough shaped silica powder into spherical shaped silica powder comprises the steps of injecting crushed silica powder, fuel and oxygen into a torch; converting the rough shaped silica powder into the spherical shaped silica powder by melting the surface of the crushed silica powder using flame produced by combustion of the fuel; and separating waste gas from the spherical shaped silica powder by cooling and filtering the silica powder the surface of which is melted, wherein the fuel is LPG (liquefied petroleum gas), acetylene, or argon plasma, temperature of the flame is 1400 to 2000 deg.C, and the cooling is naturally or rapidly performed.

Abstract: 본발명은, 서로이격되어배치되는플레이트형상의한 쌍의측부거푸집과, 상기측부거푸집의하측에배치되어보를형성하는콘크리트가주입되는보형성공간을형성하는하부거푸집을지지하는것으로서, 상기한 쌍의측부거푸집의외측면에결합하는한 쌍의측면결합판과, 상기한 쌍의측면결합판의외측면에결합하는한 쌍의수평이동판과상기한 쌍의수평이동판의하부에돌출형성되는한 쌍의복수개의톱니를포함하며상기한 쌍의측부거푸집중 적어도하나를상기하부거푸집상에서이동시켜상기보형성공간의폭을가변시키는한 쌍의수평이동부재와, 상단이상기복수개의톱니중 하나에고정되어상기한 쌍의측부거푸집이상기하부거푸집상에서고정되도록하는한 쌍의걸림부재를포함하는한 쌍의측부거푸집지지부; 및상기하부거푸집의하측에배치되어상기하부거푸집및 상기한 쌍의측부거푸집지지부의하부를지지하며, 상기걸림부재의하단에결합하여상기한 쌍의측부거푸집지지부가상기측부거푸집의외측에서고정되도록하는하부거푸집지지부를포함하는거푸집지지장치를제공한다. 본발명에따른거푸집지지장치에의하면, 톱니를구비함으로써, 하부거푸집을교체하지않고도, 다양한폭의보를형성할수 있는거푸집을지지할수 있다.
