Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a water repellent resin composition having high water repellency, which can form water repellent film having low surface tension, high contact angle, and excellent durability and abrasion-resistance. CONSTITUTION: The water repellent resin composition comprises: 50-95wt.% of an organic solvent; 1-20wt.% of a silane compound containing fluorine, which is produced by hydrolyzing a carbon fluoride-based silane compound (CF3(CF2)a-R1-Si-R2-(OR3)b) and an organic silicon-based compound (Xd-Si-Cle-(OY)f); 1-10wt.% of a metal oxide, 1-10wt.% of a silane coupling agent; 0.1-5wt.% of a photo stabilizer. In the formula, a is 0 or an integer of 1-20, R1 is C1-C20 alkyl, C1-C4 alkylene, acetyl, or a silicon or oxygen contained substituent, R2 is hydrogen, C1-C4 alkyl, C3-C8 cycloalkyl or aryl, R3 is hydrogen, C1-C4 alkyl or C1-C4 alkylene, d is 0 or an integer of 1-10, X is C1-C4 alkyl, e is 0 or an integer of 1-5, Y is C1-C4 alkyl, and f is an integer of 1-4.
