Abstract: 본 발명은 매니퓰레이터(Manipulator)가 장착된 로봇 플랫폼에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 고속도로 및 고속화 도로에서 고장 및 사고 차량을 신속히 수거할 수 있는 다관절식 매니퓰레이터가 장착된 로봇 플랫폼에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 다관절식 매니퓰레이터가 장착된 로봇 플랫폼은 사고 차량 또는 고장 차량이 탑재될 데크와; 상기 데크 상에 장착되며, 제1 회전관절과, 제2 회전관절 및, 프리즘관절로 구성된 SCARA(Sele1ctive Compliance Assembly Robot Arm)형 매니퓰레이터로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 다관절식 매니퓰레이터가 장착된 로봇 플랫폼은 다관절식 매니퓰레이터를 사용하여 교통 혼잡성에 상관없이, 사고 또는 고장 차량들을 신속히 갓길로 이동시킬 수 있어, 차량 사고나 고장에 기인한 고속도로 정체 시간을 효과적으로 감소시킬 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A robot platform with an articulated manipulator is provided to enable an end-effector to be attached regardless of the shape or a gradient of a curve of the upper frame of a vehicle under traffic accident. CONSTITUTION: A robot platform(30) with an articulated manipulator comprises a deck(33), and an SCARA(Sele1ctive Compliance Assembly Robot Arm) manipulator(31). A vehicle under traffic accident or a broken vehicle is loaded on the deck. The SCARA manipulator is mounted on the deck. The SCARA manipulator is composed of a first rotary joint(31-1), a second rotary joint(31-2), and a prism joint(31-3).

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种具有关节式操纵器的机器人平台，无论车辆上部交通事故的上部框架的曲线形状或梯度如何，都能够安装末端执行器。 构成：具有关节式操纵器的机器人平台（30）包括甲板（33）和SCARA（Sele1ctive Compliance Assembly Robot Arm）操纵器（31）。 交通事故车辆或破损的车辆装载在甲板上。 SCARA操纵器安装在甲板上。 SCARA操纵器由第一旋转接头（31-1），第二旋转接头（31-2）和棱镜接头（31-3）组成。
