Abstract: PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition for prevention and treatment of fibrosis or cirrhosis of the liver is provided which contains flavone compounds as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for prevention and treatment of fibrosis or cirrhosis of the liver is characterized by containing flavone compounds represented by the formula(1), wherein R¬1, R¬2, R¬3 and R¬4 are as defined in the specification. The flavone compounds include flavone, PD98059, genistein, daidzein, 5,7,3',4'-tetrahydroxy flavone, kaempferol, luteolin, apigenin, fisetin, myricetin and 4'-bromoflavone.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种预防和治疗肝纤维化或肝硬化的药物组合物，其含有黄酮化合物作为活性成分。 构成：用于预防和治疗肝纤维化或肝硬化的药物组合物的特征在于含有由式（1）表示的黄酮化合物，其中R 1，R 2，R 3和R 4如 规格。 黄酮类化合物包括黄酮，PD98059，染料木素，黄豆苷元，5,7,3'，4'-四羟基黄酮，山奈酚，木犀草素，芹菜素，非瑟酮，杨梅素和4'-溴黄酮。
