    Abstract: 본 발명은 뽕나무 가지 내피의 화학적 처리를 통한 섬유화 및 이를 이용하여 제조한 뽕나무 가지를 함유하는 실크종이에 관한 것으로서, 뽕나무 가지에서 외피를 벗겨내어 표피를 분리해 낸 내피만을 이용하여 섬유화하고, 위와같이 섬유화된 뽕나무 내피섬유를 실크 단섬유와 혼합하여 실크종이를 제조함으로써 호제의 사용을 배제하고, 포름알데히드 성분에 의한 환경오염을 방지하며, 폐실크의 재활용 가능성을 높일 수 있도록 한다.

    Abstract: A method for chemical fibrillation of silk and silk paper manufactured by the same are provided to recycle waste silk unusable for clothes, by treating the waste silk chemically and producing the silk paper using the treated waste silk. A process for chemical fibrillation of silk is performed by treating silk fibroin with a mixed solution of sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate. In the mixed solution, the sodium hydroxide has a concentration of 0.2-2 vol%, and the sodium carbonate has a concentration of 2-5 vol%. The process for chemical fibrillation of silk is performed at a temperature of 70-100°C for 20-80 minutes.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for the enzyme hydrolysis of sericine and a reactor used therefor are provided, therefore the high purity, low molecular weight sericine can be obtained and used enzyme can be reused, so that the low molecular weight sericine can be cheaply obtained. CONSTITUTION: The method for the enzyme hydrolysis of sericine comprises the steps of: partially hydrolyzing a fiber to expose hydroxyl group (-OH) and carboxyl group(-COOH) on the surface of the fiber; activating the surface of the fiber using a cross-linking agent; fixing an enzyme on the activated surface of the fiber; loading the fiber in two separate enzyme reactors; and circulating a sericine solution into the enzyme reactors to decompose the sericine, in which the fiber is polyester or nylon, the cross-linking agent is glutaraldehyde, and the enzyme is trypsin or alpha-chymotrypsin(wherein, the trypsin is fixed on a first enzyme reactor and the alpha-chymotrypsin is fixed on a second enzyme reactor).

    Abstract: A method for fibrillation of mulberry branches, silk paper containing mulberry fibers, and a method for manufacturing the silk paper are provided to prevent environmental pollution and recycle resources, by producing the silk paper from a mixture of mulberry fibers and waste silk. Endodermis of mulberry is smoothened and decolorized by using at least one, which is selected from hydrogen peroxide, sodium sulfate-disodium peroxodisulphate mixture, sodium silicate, and sodium silicate-hydrogen peroxide mixture. The treated endodermis of mulberry is divided into fibers. The hydrogen peroxide has a concentration of no more than 2 vol%, the sodium sulfate-disodium peroxodisulphate mixture has a concentration of 1-2 wt%, the sodium silicate has a concentration of no more than 2 wt%, and the sodium silicate-hydrogen peroxide mixture has a concentration of 1-1.5 vol%. Further, the step of smoothening and decolorizing Endodermis of mulberry is performed for 30 to 120 minutes at 70 to 100°C.
