Abstract: A method for managing the performance of a construction project based on data warehouse utilizing a BSC and a system thereof are provided to manage the attainment of project's goal on the basis of one project and be utilized when comparing the performances between projects by managing the performances of projects through data measured within the projects. A method for managing the performance of a construction project manages the business process directly utilized in the construction project and various outcome data existing in a management system. The performance management method comprises the following steps of: defining the viewpoints of management by applying the BSC concept to the construction project, and deducing the goals of each management viewpoint and success factors to establish performance measurement indicators of each viewpoint; data-modeling the performance data according to the performance measurement indicators to loading the modeled data in a data warehouse; multi-dimensionally analyzing the modeled result stored in the data warehouse by utilizing the OLAP; and providing the analyzed result in a confirmable form.

Abstract translation: 提供了一种利用BSC及其系统的基于数据仓库的施工项目绩效管理方法，以一个项目为基础管理项目目标的实现，并通过管理项目绩效进行比较 项目通过项目内测量的数据。 管理建设项目绩效的方法管理直接在建设项目中使用的业务流程和管理系统中存在的各种结果数据。 绩效管理方法包括以下步骤：通过将BSC概念应用于建设项目，确定管理观点，推导出每个管理观点和成功因素的目标，建立各观点的绩效考核指标; 根据性能测量指标数据建模性能数据，将建模数据加载到数据仓库中; 利用OLAP对存储在数据仓库中的建模结果进行多维分析; 并以可确认的形式提供分析结果。
