Abstract: PURPOSE: A light-emitting device having photonic crystal structure is provided to control the ultraviolet ray emission and to increase luminous efficiency using a photonic crystal structure. CONSTITUTION: The fluorescent substance emits the light of the specified color to outside and emits the light from the excitation source(100). The excitation source excites the fluorescent substance and emits the wavelength metastasizing to the side higher than the emitting wavelength of the excitation source. The excitation source has he substrate(101), the n-type doping semiconductor layer(102), and the active layer(103) and p-type doping semiconductor layer(104). The excitation source has the emitting wavelength less than the blue region. The photonic crystal structure(200) is arranged on the excitation source. The nanosphere(201) equipped with the fluorescent substance is laminated on the photonic crystal structure to multilayer.

Abstract: 여기원에 의해 여기되어 상기 여기원의 펌프 광자보다 장파장의 발광을 할 수 있는 형광체를 내부에 포함하고 있는 나노구체들이 3차원적으로 밀집하여 배열된 결정구조를 갖는 광자결정 구조체를 포함하되, 상기 결정구조는 적어도 특정 결정 방향에 대해 광밴드갭을 가지고 상기 펌프 광자의 파장이 상기 광밴드갭에 속하는 발광소자가 개시된다.
