Abstract: A pharmaceutical composition for treating allergic diseases is provided to inhibit various Rho family activities by inhibiting calcium ion introduction in the cytoplasm, reduce release of a carrier such as histamine and leukotriene, and suppress an animal allergic asthma model. The pharmaceutical composition for treating allergic diseases comprises 8-oxo-deoxyguanosine as an effective ingredient, wherein the allergic diseases include anaphylaxis, allergic asthma, allergic bronchitis, allergic rhinitis, atopic dermatitis, urticaria, hey fever, allergic gastritis, allergic diarrhea, stomatitis, allergic conjunctivitis and allergic keratitis; and 8-oxo-deoxyguanosine is a nucleoside of 8-oxo-Gua produced by oxidation of guanine and is excreted as a waste matter.

Abstract translation: 本发明提供用于治疗过敏性疾病的药物组合物，其通过抑制细胞质中的钙离子引入，减少组胺和白三烯等载体的释放并抑制动物过敏性哮喘模型来抑制各种Rho家族活性。 过敏性疾病包括过敏反应，过敏性哮喘，过敏性支气管炎，过敏性鼻炎，特应性皮炎，荨麻疹，he热， 过敏性结膜炎和过敏性角膜炎; 8-氧代 - 脱氧鸟苷是由鸟嘌呤氧化产生的8-氧代 - 胍的核苷并作为废物排泄。
