Abstract: An antibacterial composition comprising an extract of Tabebuia genus is provided to effectively control Helicobacter pylori by excellent antibacterial effect of 2-(hydroxymethyl)anthraquinone and anthraquinone-2-carboxylic acid. The antibacterial composition comprises 2-(hydroxymethyl)anthraquinone or anthraquinone-2-carboxylic acid, or a combination thereof and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as effective ingredients, which are extracted from Tabebuia genus using water, C1-4 lower alcohol, a mixture of water and lower alcohol, acetone, ethyl acetate, chloroform, 1,3-butyleneglycol, and butyl acetate. The composition is for gram negative bacillus such as Helicobacter pylori.

Abstract translation: 提供一种抗菌组合物，其包含一种提取物，其具有通过2-（羟甲基）蒽醌和蒽醌-2-羧酸的优良抗菌作用有效控制幽门螺杆菌。 抗菌组合物包含2-（羟甲基）蒽醌或蒽醌-2-羧酸，或其组合及其药学上可接受的盐作为有效成分，其使用水，C1-4低级醇， 水和低级醇，丙酮，乙酸乙酯，氯仿，1,3-丁二醇和乙酸丁酯。 组合物用于革兰氏阴性杆菌如幽门螺杆菌。

Abstract: 본 발명은 타베뷔아 속으로부터의 추출물을 포함하는 항세균 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 특히 헬리코박터 파일로리에 대하여 항균활성을 가진 조성물에 관한 것이다. 타베뷔아의 안쪽 껍질로부터 분리 정제된 본 발명의 2-(하이드록시메틸)-안트라퀴논 및 안트라퀴논-2-카르복실산은 항세균효과가 뛰어나고, 특히 헬리코박터 파일로리의 제어에 효과적이다.
