Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for blocking outflow of fluid from a damaged ship are provided to quickly block petrol flown from a ship by a device, thereby largely reducing a flowing amount of petrol which contaminates the sea. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for blocking outflow of fluid from a damaged includes a device and a flow pipe. The device has a larger expansion diameter than the maximum diameter of a damaged part in preventing outflow of fluid due to damage of a ship(103). The device is expanded or contracted. The flow pipe is divided into a solid flow pipe and a flexible flow pipe(102).
