    Abstract: PURPOSE: A low molecule-binding induction peptide which is able to target a receptor which is expressed on the surface of cancer cells is provided enhance ability of targeting and binging to cancer cells and use as low molecular peptide drug. CONSTITUTION: A cancer cell-targeting low molecule-binding induction peptide contains one amino acid sequence among sequence numbers 1 to 12. The cancer cell-targeting low molecule-binding induction peptide has amino acid sequence of CTLPHLKMC(sequence number 1), CLYGNSDC(sequence number 2), CQHNHSKQC(sequence number 3), CTKQHTSQC(sequence number 4), CDWTKPQSC(sequence number 5), CNPSLALHC(sequence number 6), CSTGAHTQC(sequence number 7), CTVKNGTLC(sequence number 8), CQEGKMRLC(sequence numb 9), CSEHKTPMC(sequence number 10) CQKQGHPSC(sequence number 11) or CTSTPFRIC(sequence number 12). A receptor of the peptide is a variable region of human immunoglobulin heavy chain. The variable region has 75kDa of band. A pharmaceutical composition for cancer cell targeting contains the low molecule binding induction peptide.
