Abstract: A manufacturing method of the dye sensitized solar cell is provided to increase the efficiency of the dye sensitized solar cell by the ultraviolet ray-ozone treatment. A manufacturing method of the dye sensitized solar cell includes the step for forming the titanium oxide layer by spraying the oxide titanium slurry on the first substrate on which the first conductor layer is formed; the step for drying the titanium oxide layer; the step for doing the ultraviolet ray-ozone treatment to the titanium oxide layer; the step that heat-treats the titanium oxide layer and sinters; the step for absorbing the dye in the titanium oxide layer; the step for binding the second substrate including the second conductor layer and the platinum layer with the first substrate; the step for providing the electrolyte between the first substrate and the second substrate.
