Abstract: PURPOSE: A kit for diagnosing hepatism derived from hepatitis type B through realtime PCR(polymerase chain reaction) is provided to easily detect mutated HBV preS1 antigen gene which is specific in hepatitis, hepatic cirrhosis, and liver cancer. CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosing hepatitis type B and hepatism derived from the hepatitis type B contains a primer having sequences of sequence numbers 1 to 4 and probe having sequences of sequence numbers 5 and 6. The kit for diagnosing hepatitis type B and hepatism derived from the hepatitis type B is used in detecting mutated preS1 antigen gene. Liver disease derived from hepatitis type B is liver cancer or liver cirrhosis.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供通过实时PCR（聚合酶链反应）诊断来自乙型肝炎肝炎的试剂盒，以便于检测肝炎，肝硬化和肝癌特异性的突变型HBV preS1抗原基因。 构成：用于诊断乙型肝炎和乙型肝炎的肝病的试剂盒含有具有序列号1至4的序列的引物和具有序列号5和6的序列的探针。用于诊断乙型肝炎和肝病的试剂盒来源于 B型肝炎用于检测突变的preS1抗原基因。 来自乙型肝炎的肝病是肝癌或肝硬化。

Abstract: 본 발명은 실시간 PCR을 이용하여 B형 간염에서 유래된 간질환 환자에 특이적인 HBV로부터 유래된 변형된 preS1 항원 유전자를 검출할 수 있는 간질환 진단용 키트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 B형 간염 및 B형 간염 유래 간질환 진단용 키트는 서열번호 1 내지 4의 염기서열을 갖는 프라이머 및 서열번호 5 및 6의 염기서열을 갖는 프로브를 포함한다. 본 발명의 간질환 진단키트를 사용할 경우, B형 간염, 간경변, 간암 등의 각종 간질환에 특이적인 변이된 HBV preS1 항원 유전자를 용이하게 검출할 수 있으므로, 변이된 preS1 항원 유전자를 포함하는 HBV에 의하여 발병되는 간질환을 조기에 효과적으로 진단할 수 있을 것이다.
