Abstract: A method for manufacturing the preantral follicle-derived embryonic stem cells is provided to successfully protect the preantral follicles as the optional resources of the embryonic stem cell. The method for manufacturing the preantral follicle-derived embryonic stem cells comprises the steps of: obtaining the preantral follicles from the ovary of mammal; in-vitro culturing the preantral follicles; maturing the in-vitro follicular cell existing in the cultivated preantral follicles; activating the mature oocyte to subject to parthenogenesis; culturing the activated oocyte to form blastocyst; and cultivating the inner cell mass(ICM) cell of blastocyst to produce the preantral follicle-derived embryonic stem cell.
Abstract translation: 提供了用于制备前卵泡衍生的胚胎干细胞的方法，以成功保护前卵泡，作为胚胎干细胞的任选资源。 用于制备前卵泡衍生的胚胎干细胞的方法包括以下步骤：从哺乳动物的卵巢获得前卵泡; 体外培养前卵泡; 成熟培养的前卵泡中存在的体外滤泡细胞; 激活成熟卵母细胞进行孤雌生殖; 培养活化的卵母细胞形成囊胚; 并培养胚泡的内细胞团（ICM）细胞以产生前卵泡衍生的胚胎干细胞。

Abstract: 본발명은전강난포-유래배아줄기세포생산방법에관한것이다. 본발명의방법은다음단계를포함한다. (a) 포유동물의난소로부터전강난포를수득하는단계; (b) 전강난포를배양시키는단계; (c) 배양된전강난포에존재하는난포세포를성숙시키는단계; (d) 성숙된난모세포를활성화하여단위생식시키는단계; (e) 활성화된난모세포를배양하여배반포를형성시키는단계; 및 (f) 전강난포-유래배아줄기세포를생산하기위하여배반포의내세포괴(inner cell mass: ICM) 세포를배양하는단계.
