    Abstract: An organic light emitting device is provided to improve an electric characteristic by improving an interface characteristic of an organic layer. An organic light emitting device includes a substrate(10), a first electrode(20), a second electrode(30), and an intermediate layer(40). The first electrode is formed on the substrate. The second electrode is formed on the first electrode. The intermediate layer is installed between the first electrode and the second electrode, and has the organic light emitting layer and a positive hole injection layer. The positive hole injection layer is contacted with the first electrode, and has a TAPC(Tolyl-AminoPhenyl-Cyclohexene) on which a rhenium oxide is doped. The positive hole injection layer has the rhenium oxide of 1 to 40wt%. A positive hole transfer layer or a diffusion prevention layer is installed between the positive hole injection layer and the organic light emitting layer.

    Abstract: An organic light emitting device is provided to reduce hole injection barrier by forming a surface dipole between a first electrode and a hole implant layer. A first electrode(120) is formed on a substrate(110), and a second electrode(130) is formed on the first electrode. An intermediate layer(140) between the second electrode and the first electrode comprise an organic light-emitting layer and a hole implant layer, and a hole implant layer contains the copper iodide while contacting with the first electrode.
