Abstract: 본 발명의 목적은 평면상에서 자유로운 움직임을 구현할 수 있고, 고속, 고정도(high accuracy) 및 고강성(high stiffness)을 갖는 평면 고속 이송 병렬기구(parallel mechanism)를 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명에서는, 일방향으로 연장되어 서로 평행하게 배치된 두 개의 고정 가이드; 상기 고정 가이드들과 교차하는 방향으로 연장되고, 상기 고정 가이드들의 상측에 상기 고정 가이드들 중 하나 이상과 프리스마틱 조인트로 연결된 두 개의 가동 가이드; 상기 가동 가이드들 중 하나의 상측에 프리스마틱 조인트로 각각 연결된 두 개의 링크; 및 상기 두 개의 링크에 각각 레볼루트 조인트로 연결된 가동 플랫폼을 포함하는 평면 고속 이송 병렬기구를 제공한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A planar type high-speed parallel transfer mechanism is provided to have high speed, high accuracy, and high stiffness while it is less weight and is moved on the plate freely. CONSTITUTION: A planar type high-speed parallel transfer mechanism is composed of two fixing guides(2,3)s, two movable guides(4,5), two links(6,7), and a movable platform(8). The two fixing guides are extended in a specific direction while being parallel with each other, and the two movable guides are extended so that they are crossed with fixing guides. The two movable guides are connected with more than one fixing guide above them by a prismatic joint. The two links are connected with more than one movable guides above them through a prismatic joint.
