Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for culturing human embryonic stem cells using human umbilical cord-derived fibroblast is provided to maintain undifferentiation and pluripotency improve medical usefulness. CONSTITUTION: A human embryonic stem cell is cultured by co-culturing human embryonic stem cells with umbilical cord-derived fibroblast. The cell division of fibroblasts is suppressed using mitomycin C treatment or gamma irradiation when the growth rate of the fibroblasts is 60-80%.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供使用人脐带来源的成纤维细胞培养人胚胎干细胞的方法，以保持未分化和多能性提高医学用途。 构成：通过用脐带来源的成纤维细胞共培养人胚胎干细胞培养人胚胎干细胞。 当成纤维细胞的生长速率为60-80％时，使用丝裂霉素C处理或γ照射来抑制成纤维细胞的细胞分裂。
