사이에 펩타이드 링커(서열번호 3)를 포함하는 골형성 촉진용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물은 골아세포의 부착 및 분화를 유의하게 증가시키며, 골재생능력을 향상시키므로 골이식재 또는 조직공학용 지지체 등에 상기 조성물을 고정시켜 원하는 국소에 투여하여 골형성을 촉진하는데 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.

Abstract: A method for primarily cultivating cells using frozen tissue is provided to facilitate animal cell culture by enabling an operator to massively secure cells to be primarily cultivated in a desired time and place. A method for primarily cultivating cells using frozen tissue comprises the following steps of: rapidly defrosting the frozen tissue at a temperature range of 35-38°C; treating the frozen tissue with proteinase before the frozen tissue is completely defrosted or making the frozen tissue into small pieces; and cultivating the cells. A method for freezing tissue has the following steps of: cutting off animal tissue, dipping the animal tissue in a cryopreservation liquid and gradually freezing the animal tissue for 6-48 hours to a temperature range of -50~-100°C; and cryopreserving the frozen tissue in liquid nitrogen. The cryopreservation liquid contains blood serum and anti-freezer.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for culturing human embryonic stem cells using human umbilical cord-derived fibroblast is provided to maintain undifferentiation and pluripotency improve medical usefulness. CONSTITUTION: A human embryonic stem cell is cultured by co-culturing human embryonic stem cells with umbilical cord-derived fibroblast. The cell division of fibroblasts is suppressed using mitomycin C treatment or gamma irradiation when the growth rate of the fibroblasts is 60-80%.

Abstract: A composition for promoting the osteogenesis, and a bone graft material coated with the composition are provided to improve the bone regeneration by increasing the differentiation of osteoblast. A composition for promoting the osteogenesis contains an oligopeptide comprising A-L-B as an active ingredient, wherein A is PHSRN, B is RGD, and L is a linker peptide comprising 15~25 amino acids. Preferably the oligopeptide contains a peptide linker between the amino acid represented by the sequence number 1 and the amino acid represented by the sequence number 2.
