Abstract: A CpG oligodeoxynucleotide (ODN) sequence is provided to ensure the activity of promoting immunity and use as a food or medicinal and pharmaceutical adjuvant. A CpG oligodeoxynucleotide (ODN) sequence exists in Bifidobacterium genome and has high immunity. The CpG oligodeoxynucleotide (ODN) sequence promotes immunity and a sequence of the sequence numbers 5, 9, and 10. The CpG oligodeoxynucleotide (ODN) sequence is obtained by performing PCR using Bifidobacterium longum genome as a template.

Abstract translation: 提供CpG寡脱氧核苷酸（ODN）序列以确保促进免疫和作为食品或药用和药物佐剂使用的活性。 CpG寡脱氧核苷酸（ODN）序列存在于双歧杆菌基因组中，具有高免疫力。 CpG寡脱氧核苷酸（ODN）序列促进免疫力和序列号5,9和10的序列。通过使用长双歧杆菌基因组作为模板进行PCR获得CpG寡脱氧核苷酸（ODN）序列。
