Abstract: A preparation method of drug delivery system is provided to serve a constant pattern to the system, insert one or various kinds of drugs into the system, and control the drug release from the system by regulating the size and shape of drug delivery system, and the size and shape of pores. A preparation method of drug delivery system(20a) comprises the steps of: mixing drugs and polymer to prepare a drug-polymer composite(10,12); establishing the shape of drug delivery system containing the drug-polymer composite; filing the drug-polymer composite into a disperser(110); and pouring the drug-polymer composite from the dispenser to an X-Y table(120) along a certain pathway, wherein the X-Y table moves on a horizontal plane, and the dispenser moves perpendicularly to the horizontal plane; and the shape of drug delivery system has scaffold structure. Further, the drug delivery system has a scaffold structure.
