Abstract: A cosmetic composition and a manufacturing method of the solvent fraction of the extracts of Distylium racemosum are provided to have excellent antioxidant effect, whitening effect and skin wrinkle generation suppressive effect. A cosmetic composition comprises a solvent fraction of extracts of Distylium racemosum or the extracts of Distylium racemosum as active ingredient. An active component of the solvent fraction of the extracts of Distylium racemosum or the extracts of Distylium racemosum is indicated as a chemical formula 1. A manufacturing method of the solvent fraction of the extracts of Distylium racemosum comprises steps of: extracting over 1 time it by dipping stem and leaf of the Distylium racemosum into a mixed solution of water and methanol or ethanol; obtaining methanol extraction or ethanol extraction by concentrating the obtained extracts; obtaining a hexane graduation layer by suspending the methanol extraction or the ethanol extraction into 20% methanol or ethanol and extracting it with hexane 3 times; and obtaining a solvent fractionation by adding ethylacetate and butanol successively and extracting it 3 times.

Abstract: 본 발명은 조록나무 (
