Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for distinguishing Cynanchum wilfordii and Cynanchum auriculatum is provided to enable distinguishing Cynanchum wilfordii and Cynanchum auriculatum by direct sequencing, SNP genotyping, and RFLP. CONSTITUTION: A method for distinguishing Cynanchum wilfordii and Cynanchum auriculatum using RFLP analysis comprises a step of preparing a biological sample from Cynanchum wilfordii and Cynanchum auriculatum; a step of isolating genome DNA from the biological sample; a step of amplifying DNS sequence having a sequence of sequence number 1 and amplifying DNA sequence of sequence number 2 of Cynanchum auriculatum; and a step of treating the amplified products with Xcml and detecting the cleaved DNA fragment.

Abstract translation: 目的：通过直接测序，SNP基因分型和RFLP分析Cynanchum wilfordii和Cynanchum auriculatum的方法，以区分Cynanchum wilfordii和Cynanchum auriculatum。 构成：使用RFLP分析来区分枸杞子和Cynanchum auriculatum的方法包括从Cynanchum wilfordii和Cynanchum auriculatum制备生物样品的步骤; 从生物样品中分离基因组DNA的步骤; 扩增具有序列号1的序列的DNS序列并扩增Cynanchum auriculatum的序列号2的DNA序列的步骤; 以及用Xcml处理扩增产物并检测切割的DNA片段的步骤。
