    Abstract: 본 발명은 터널형 방음벽에 사용되어 외부로부터 발생되는 소음을 차단하는 방음판에 있어서, 상기 방음판의 상부면에 설치되어 태양열을 흡수하여 집열시키는 태양전지판(Solar panel)과, 상기 태양전지판으로부터 집열된 열에너지를 전기에너지로 변환시켜 전력을 축전시키는 축전지와, 상기 축전지에서 축전된 전력를 사용하여 열을 발생시키는 발열체로 구성되되, 상기 방음판의 표면에 적설(積雪)을 감지하는 센서부가 구비되고, 상기 발열체는 상기 태양전지판들 사이 공간 상에 파형의 열선이 배열되는 형태로 구비되며, 상기 센서부로부터 입력된 신호를 받아 발열체의 발열 또는 전력의 축전을 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열체가 구비된 터널형 방음판을 제공한다. 상기와 같은 구성에 의해 본 발명은 방음벽의 설계시 적설(積雪)의 하중을 고려할 필요가 없게 되어 방음벽의 크기를 감소시킬 수 있어 비용감소 및 공간 활용의 효율성을 증가시키고, 눈이 오지 않는 경우에는 전력을 타 용도로 활용할 수 있어 에너지를 효율적으로 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
