PURPOSE: A metal powder producing method is provided to obtain the metal Ti powder of high purity by supplying metal halide and manufacturing metal powder. CONSTITUTION: A metal powder producing method comprises following steps. Metal halide is supplied to the metal halide pipe. The reducing agent is provided to one or more reducing agent supply pipes. The reducing agent is mixed by the suction force of the provided metal halide. The reducing agent supply pipe passes through the metal halide supply pipe.

PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing metal powders using arc heat and a method for manufacturing metal powders using the same are provided to manufacture safe salts using reaction by-product by manufacturing metal powder using arc heat. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing metal powders using arc heat comprises a rotary electrode(303), a counter electrode(301), and a metal halide feed port(302). The rotary electrode is rotated. The counter electrode is separated from the rotary electrode at fixed intervals. The counter electrode forms the rotary electrode and the arc. The counter electrode is fused by the heat.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a high quality steel sheet by continuous galvanizing line is provided to flatten sharp dross which is attached and grown on the surface of a sink roll by adding a dross shape control roll in the front and rear of a scrapper. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a high quality steel sheet by continuous galvanizing line comprises the steps of: containing a hot-dip galvanizing bath in a plating bath(5) of a hot-dip galvanizing apparatus, putting a steel sheet to be plated into the hot-dip galvanizing bath, and discharging the steel sheet via a sink roll(1) and a stabilizing roll(2) to obtain a galvanized steel sheet. The hot-dip galvanizing apparatus comprises the plating bath containing a component for forming a galvanizing layer, the sink roll, the stabilizing roll, and a dross shape control roll which is attached to the exterior of the sink roll with a gap.
