Abstract: PURPOSE: A Hadong Choigo tea tree-specific primer and a method for determining Hadong Choigo tea tree using the same are provided to ensure genetic specificity of Hadong Choigo tea tree and to use for tree development. CONSTITUTION: A Hadong Choigo tea tree-specific primer has a base sequence of sequence number 1 as a RAPD(randomly amplified polymorphic DNA) marker. The Choigo tea tree-specific primer set has a base sequence of sequence numbers 2 and 3 as a RAPD marker. A method for determining Choigo tea tree is performed by PCR to amplify DNA and analyzing base sequence using the primer set.
Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种Hadong Choigo茶树特异性引物和使用该引物确定Hadong Choigo茶树的方法，以确保Hadong Choigo茶树的遗传特异性，并用于树种开发。 构成：Hadong Choigo茶树特异性引物具有作为RAPD（随机扩增多态性DNA）标记的序列号1的碱基序列。 芸香茶树特异性引物组具有序列号2和3的碱基序列作为RAPD标记。 通过PCR进行确定枸杞茶树的方法以扩增DNA并使用引物组分析碱基序列。
