    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for estimating an ISR(In-Stent Restenosis) using a micro CT(Computed Tomography) is provided to obtain a 3D image by inserting a stent into a blood vessel and quantitively analyzing the restenosis of a blood vessel. CONSTITUTION: A contrast media is injected to a lumen of a blood vessel by a stent of a mammal. CT values of the whole area(200), a contrast media area(300), and a stent area(400) are analyzed. A restenosis area is produced by designating an area corresponding to the CT value.
