Abstract: PURPOSE: A magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) contrast agent coated with beta-glucan is provided to effectively allow immunocytes to enter, thereby distinguishing a lesion and a normal tissue in a tissue containing immunocytes through MRI. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing MRI contrast agent comprises the steps of: synthesizing superparamagnetic nanoparticles; oxidizing and dialyzing the superparamagnetic nanoparticles and preparing a superparamagnetic storage solution; diluting the storage solution with distilled water and dropping a beta-glucan solution at 1-10°C; and adding a basic solution to the reactant and adjusting the pH concentration of the reactant.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供涂有β-葡聚糖的磁共振成像（MRI）造影剂，以有效地使免疫细胞进入，从而通过MRI区分含有免疫细胞的组织中的病变和正常组织。 构成：制造MRI造影剂的方法包括以下步骤：合成超顺磁性纳米粒子; 氧化和透析超顺磁性纳米颗粒并制备超顺磁性储存溶液; 用蒸馏水稀释储存溶液，并在1-10℃下滴加β-葡聚糖溶液; 并向反应物中加入碱性溶液并调节反应物的pH浓度。
