CONSTITUTION: A plant with low temperature resistance or freezing tolerance is prepared by transforming a plant with a recombinant vector containing Oriza sativa-derived OsGRP(Oryza sativa glycine-rich RNA-binding protein) gene with a base sequence of sequence number 6.
