    Abstract: PURPOSE: A promoter of Cucumis sativas-derived kinase gene and transgenic plant using the same are provided to enhance yield of various crops. CONSTITUTION: A promoter of Cucumis staivas-derived kinase gene comprises nucleotide sequence of sequence number 1. A recombinant expression vector has the promoter. The recombinant expression vector additionally contains a gene at downstream, encoding a target protein. The transformed microorganism is E.coli or Agrobacterium tumefaciens which is transformed with the recombinant expression vector. A transgenic plant is produced by transforming with the transformed microorganism. The transgenic plant has low temperature stress resistance. The plant is Arabidopsis thaliana.
