Abstract: A method for inducing an early spawning by controlling a maturation duration of Konosirus Punctatus and for producing a seed by using the same is provided to allow users to secure a mother fish of the Konosirus Punctatus and to manage it artificially and to control a spawning and fecundating period freely by managing a cultivation environment. A method for producing a seed of Konosirus Punctatus includes the steps of: selecting and cultivating a superior mother fish; managing the cultivation by controlling a breeding environment and a maturation duration of the adult fish; inducing the matured mother fish to spawn and then obtaining a fertilized egg by fecundating a laid egg; rearing the fertilized egg to a fry or young fish; and producing the seed of the Konosirus Punctatus.
