Abstract:
A system and a method for analyzing and controlling a thin wrap winding machine are provided to reduce defect rate of a thin wrap by minimizing tension deviation applied to the thin wrap while winding the thin wrap. A system for analyzing and controlling a thin wrap winding machine includes a measurement unit(100), a receiving unit(200), a conversion unit(300), a memory unit(400), an analyzing unit(500), an output unit(600), and a central controlling unit(700). The measurement unit measures environmental and control variables. The receiving unit receives the environmental and control variables and requirement from a user. The conversion unit converts the environmental and control variables to measurement data by digital processing. The memory unit builds the measurement data as database. The analyzing unit analyzes the database in the memory unit with analyzing command received from the receiving unit. The output unit monitors the measurement data extracted from conversion unit and outputs analysis results from the analyzing unit. The central controlling unit controls rotational speed of the thin wrap winding machine based on the analysis result.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a polymer membrane and, more specifically, to a polymer electrolyte composite membrane with improved thermal stability and surfactant stability, and to an energy storage device comprising the polymer electrolyte composite membrane. Provided in the present invention to achieving said purpose is a polymer electrolyte composite membrane comprising a hydrophilic polymer which is a first polymer, a non-aqueous polymer which is a second polymer, an amphiphilic polymer which is a third polymer, and a heat stabilizer.
