Abstract:
본 발명은 이온성 고분자 복합체를 포함하는 와전류 진동 감쇠기에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 진동 구조물에 이온성 고분자 금속 복합체를 진동 구조물에 부착하여 이온성 고분자 금속 복합체 표면의 금속 층에서 발생하는 와전류를 이용하여 진동 구조물의 진동을 감쇠하는 이온성 고분자 복합체를 포함하는 와전류 진동 감쇠기에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명은 와전류를 이용한 진동 감쇠기에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 전기 전도성 진동 구조물의 진동을 감쇠하기 위하여, 상기 진동 구조물과 비접촉 상태로 자력 부재를 위치시키는 구조를 포함하는 와전류를 이용한 진동 감쇠기에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: An electroactive polymer actuator and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve electric conductivity and a response property by including a nano material in a SPSE SPSE(Sulfonated Poly(Styrene-ran-Ethylene)) polymer film. CONSTITUTION: An electroactive polymer actuator(100) includes an SPSE polymer film(110) and an electrode(120). The SPSE polymer film is made of SPSE. The SPSE polymer film includes nano materials. The nano material is a carbon nano tube, fullerene, grapheme, and carbon powder. The electrode is formed on both surfaces of the SPSE polymer film.

PURPOSE: An eddy current damper for a vibrating structure using an ionic polymer metal composite is provided to enable easy installation and contactless control and to reduce the weight of eddy current damper. CONSTITUTION: An eddy current damper for a vibrating structure using an ionic polymer metal composite comprises a vibrating structure(100), a magnetic member(200), and an ionic polymer metal composite(300). The magnetic member creates a magnetic field around the vibrating structure. The ionic polymer metal composite is attached to the vibrating structure and creates eddy current when the vibrating structure is vibrating in the magnetic field. The ionic polymer metal composite includes a polymer layer and metal coating layers on both sides of the polymer layer.

CONSTITUTION: A core(120) is located in a housing(110). A magnetic element(140) is attached to the inner wall of the housing. The core is connected to the housing through a bearing. A loading device(150) is attached to the inner wall of the housing. An induction current is generated by the relative rotation of the core and the magnetic element attached to the housing.

PURPOSE: A single mode vibration damper is provided to enable a resonance point avoidance design requiring vibration damping and reduce manufacturing costs and installation costs. CONSTITUTION: A single mode vibration damper comprises a vibrating structure(100), a magnetic member(200), an electric conductor(300), and an outer branch circuit. The vibrating structure forms a magnetic field around the vibrating structure. The electric conductor is attached to the vibrating structure and generates eddy current when the vibrating structure vibrates in the magnetic field. The outer branch circuit is electrically connected to the electric conductor and disperses a part of mechanical energy into the electric energy.

PURPOSE: A power generating device is provided to enable a user to use a tire pressure monitoring system without replacing a battery by generating electric energy from vibration energy according to the rotation of a wheel. CONSTITUTION: A panel(120) is arranged on the upper side of a main body(110) and is deformed by the transmitted energy. A link unit(130) transmits vibration energy generated by the rotation of the main body into a panel and connects the main body to the panel with a constant space. A piezoelectric device(140) is installed on a part of the panel and generates electric energy corresponding to the pressure generated in the deformed panel.
