    Abstract: PURPOSE: An electroactive polymer actuator and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve electric conductivity and a response property by including a nano material in a SPSE SPSE(Sulfonated Poly(Styrene-ran-Ethylene)) polymer film. CONSTITUTION: An electroactive polymer actuator(100) includes an SPSE polymer film(110) and an electrode(120). The SPSE polymer film is made of SPSE. The SPSE polymer film includes nano materials. The nano material is a carbon nano tube, fullerene, grapheme, and carbon powder. The electrode is formed on both surfaces of the SPSE polymer film.
