Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing molybdenum is provided to obtain highly purified molybdenum by collecting molybdenum and eliminating arsenic from the molybdenum through a solvent extraction process. CONSTITUTION: An amine-based organic solvent is added in wastewater containing molybdenum and arsenic. Molybdenum ions are collected by the amine-based organic solvent. Ammonia water is added to back-extract the molybdenum ions(S20). Magnesium salt is added to precipitate an arsenic compound. A solid-liquid separating process is implemented. Acid is added to the liquid obtained through the solid-liquid separating process, and highly purified molybdenum is collected(S50).

Abstract: A method for collecting copper and molybdenum remaining in effluent generated in a manufacturing process is provided to reduce mineral import by recycling the copper and the molybdenum with a counter-current extraction mode. A method for collecting copper and molybdenum remaining in effluent generated in a manufacturing process includes the following steps of: collecting a molybdenum ion in an organic solvent by adding an Amine series organic solvent(S10); separating the collected organic solvent from the effluent(S20); performing a counter-current extraction process of the molybdenum ion by adding an ammonia solution(S30); and collecting molybdenum by adding acid on the ammonia solution(S40).

Abstract: 본 발명은 몰리브덴 제조 공정에서 발생하는 폐수로부터 유기용매를 이용하여 폐수에 잔류하는 몰리브덴 및 구리 등 유가금속을 회수함을 목적으로 한다.
본 발명에 의한 몰리브덴 제조 공정에서 발생된 폐수에 잔류하는 몰리브덴과 구리의 회수 방법은, 몰리브덴이 함유된 폐수에 유기용매를 첨가하여 상기 유기용매에 몰리브덴 이온을 포집하는 단계와; 상기 단계에 의해 몰리브덴 이온이 포집된 유기용매에 암모니아수를 첨가하여 상기 몰리브덴 이온을 상기 유기용매로부터 역추출하는 단계와; 상기 단계에 의해 몰리브덴 이온이 역추출된 암모니아수에 산을 첨가하여 pH 2 이하로 조절함으로써 몰리브덴을 회수하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진다.
