Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a micro stage is provided to allow a user to control the accuracy of a manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A thermal line(120) is deposited in a substrate body(110). A thermal expansion material is spread on the substrate body including the thermal line. A supporting unit(132) is formed by patterning the spread thermal expansion material. The supporting part has a plate type. A supporting part driving unit(140) is connected to the supporting part. A rest region excepting an edge portion of the substrate body is removed.
