Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a super water-repellent polymer film is provided to cost-effectively obtain the super water-repellent polymer film and to improve the contact angle of the super water-repellent film. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a super water-repellent polymer film includes the following: aluminum deposited on a silicon wafer as a sacrificial layer; photo-resist is coated on the aluminum deposited layer; a chrome mask of constant pattern grooves is aligned on the photo-resist; an exposing operation and a developing operation are implemented; super hydrophobic polymer is coated on the developed photo-resist; the aluminum deposited layer is eliminated; and the photo-resist eliminated. The super hydrophobic polymer is polydimethylsiloxane or SU-8.

Abstract: 본 발명은 초발수성 폴리머 필름의 제작방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 포토리소그래피(phothlithography) 공정을 이용하여 표면에 고종횡비 마이크로 구조물을 갖는 초발수성 필름을 제작하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 제작방법에 따르면, 실리콘을 식각하는 종래 기술에 비하여 간단하고 경제적인 포토리소그래피(phothlithography) 공정을 이용하여 접촉각이 향상된 초발수성 필름을 제작할 수 있다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: An electro-active polymer actuator and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve mechanical and chemical properties of an electro-active polymer layer by controlling a mass ratio of a PVDF(Poly Viylden Fluoride) to aromatic sulfonic acid. CONSTITUTION: An electro-active polymer actuator(100) includes an electro-active polymer layer(110) and an electrode(120). The electro-active polymer layer is formed by blending PVDF and aromatic sulfonic acid type polymer. The aromatic sulfonic acid type polymer is a SPEEK(Sulfonated poly (ether ether ketone)). The mass ratio of PVDF to aromatic sulfonic acid type polymer is 10wt% or less. The electrode is formed on both sides of the electro-active polymer layer.
