Abstract: The present invention relates to a production method for increasing the content in producing resveratrol from peanut sprout. More specifically, the present invention relates to an optimal production and extraction method of resveratrol from peanut sprout containing a large quantity of resveratrol, which has various medicinal effects. The present invention relates to an optimal extraction method of resveratrol, which comprises a step of hydrothermally extracting resveratrol from peanut sprout; a step of extracting resveratrol from peanut sprout with a solvent; a step of optimally extracting resveratrol from peanut sprout in hydrothermal extraction and solvent extraction regarding the extraction time, temperature and the ratio to the solvent; and a step of compression-extracting resveratrol from peanut sprout. The present invention provides an optimal extraction method of resveratrol, which is able to extract resveratrol at a high content, which enables to use materials for processed food and functional materials.

Abstract: 본 발명은 생물학적 활성을 갖는 작은 분자를 포함하는 것으로 땅콩새싹으로부터 추출된 레스베라트롤의 분말 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 레스베라트롤 미세캡슐 제조 방법은 1)땅콩새싹으로부터 레스베라트롤을 추출하는 단계, 2)추출된 땅콩새싹 추출물의 미세캡슐을 위한 말토덱스트린 혼합단계 3)말토덱스트린과 혼합된 추출물을 분무건조를 이용하여 분말 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 레스베라트롤 미세캡슐 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명은 레스베라트롤 미세캡슐 제조방법은 레스베라트롤의 효능이 유지된 상태의 분말 제조가 가능하므로써, 가공식품의 소재 및 기능성 원료의 사용이 가능하며, 그 효능 또한 유지 되는 바, 고부가가치의 기능성 식품 소재 및 기능성 물질 원료로서 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of resveratrol powder extracted from peanut sprout. The manufacturing method of resveratrol powder comprises 1) a step of extracting resveratrol from peanut sprout, 2) a step of manufacturing powder by using hot-air drying for powderization of extracted extract, and 3) a step of verifying the evaluation of the effect according to the drying time in hot air drying. The manufacturing method of the present invention is able to manufacture powder in the state of maintaining the effect of resveratrol, to use materials of processed food and functional materials, and to be beneficially used as value added functional food materials and functional materials as the effect is maintained.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of resveratrol powder extracted from peanut sprout, which comprises small molecules having a biological activity. The manufacturing method of resveratrol microcapsule comprises 1) a step of extracting resveratrol from peanut sprout, 2) a step of mixing maltodextrin for microcapsule of peanut sprout extract, and 3) a step of manufacturing powder by using spray drying of the extract mixed with maltodextrin.
